Negotiation of freight rates – a game theoretic case study
Our clients are facing various challenges in their daily business. We are looking at a negotiation case study where the client changed the status quo of standard business and completely changed the rules of the game.

Before shaping marktes, TWS needs to set up the frame conditions and understand the bargaining power on both sides. In this case study we will show you the as is status of an executed project and develop together a negotiation strategy that will leverage the full bargaining power of our client. After discussing various options we will show you how we have actually conducted the negotiation.

Target group

Our target group are students in the Bachelor’s programme (5th/6th semester), Master’s students, PhD students and alumni from the subject areas of economics, mathematics, business mathematics, physics, business studies, psychology and economics.

Please note that we do not offer internships or working student positions in the consulting sector.
